The best apartment I have ever lived in! It is so clean, close to everything, including a beautiful park! Neighbors and staff are so friendly and welcoming. Honestly I would still be living here if I didn’t move for my job! Raul, Taylor and Yolanda have always been so welcoming and quick to answer any questions we might have had! Raul made our transition to ending our lease so easy and it was so sad to go. If we ever move back to California; me and my husband already decided we are moving back here!! Thank you for the memories Colonnade!! Until we meet again! ❤️‍🔥

I've lived at the Colonnade for 20+ years in all floorplans. I love the community and facilities! The staff is always fantastic, especially Esther who has always gone above and beyond to help me thru the years! Highly recommend!!

I Love it Here at Colonnade 😁. I have been here for going on six years now and I find it so peaceful in this little community of ours. The front office staff is very helpful, friendly, polite and respectful. Ohhh and I can't forget about the maintenance they are just as awesome and very attentive. So in you are looking for a place to call home come join us. 😊

I have been living here for eight months, and since moving in I only have a few complaints which are extremely minor. The door for the washer and drier unit in the hallways comes off pretty frequently (but is easy to put back on) and since moving in I have seen a lot of spiders. Nothing serious in all honesty and there is really nothing the apartment complex can do for those two cases. Besides that, the staff in all areas (leasing office and maintenance) are extremely responsive and helpful, the neighborhood is almost always clean, and the apartment itself is really nice for the price. I do wish rent was a little cheaper because I am paying more than my cousin's 5 bed 4 bath house mortgage in Florida but its California so its the cheapest I can get for the quality. Overall, I highly recommend if this complex is within your budget.
