Disgusting! The food is rarely fresh unless you request it and when you do most of they then just drop the same fries or onion rings back down in oil acting as if their fresh as requested! Only then to receive a greasy product! The burger patties and breakfast is just not fresh! Toppings missing as well as when requesting and paying for bacon you don’t get it as it has happen to me twice! They don’t greet you when you first pull up to the drive thru as you just wait”” and wait! Then once they do respond they stop you mid order asking you to wait again only to return and have no recollection of the order order you already started! The staff here has no customer service skills and even lack communication skills! Just very unprofessional! They haven’t gotten any better either since being in the new building! I’d say they’ve gotten worse and corporate needs to do a sweep on who really wants to be there and who don’t from team members to management! They all need to be retrained on customer service especially management! I’ve given this particular location too many chances and they just don’t seem to care to get it right so they’ve lost a customer and most of my office staff as we all work at building near by who share in the same displeasure with that locations We don’t do old food and rude service, nor should we have to pay for that! Sincerely a fed up consumer! I’m calling corporate!

Mr. Charles Mack's review hit the nail on the head - slow, inept service and incredibly rude management. When I described the service as horrible to two persons roaming behind the counter doing little if nothing I was confronted with "do you want a job"...Ha! These people have no business with a job more less representing a brand. Called corporate to report--we'll see what happens ( probably nothing). BTW did my fifty years in mainly customer service oriented biz - can find better places to spend my money!

I found that out last night which was 91719 I went there to get food before hitting to work the lady had me sit in in drive-through for a lease 7 minutes I said hello she says sorry I'm the only one up front I wait a couple minutes more she never came back I pull out the drive-through there is no 1 at the window nor there's no 1 at the front counter they don't answer their phone but I'm going to file a complaint with corporate this location sucks and I end up going to chick filet their competitor which was way better even though I didn't want to eat that I really wanted a whopper but I will not waste my time on to this location ever again if I want Burger King I will go to a another location before I had to work this location sucks and it needs a better store manager and managers on duty and not just 2 people work in bed experience don't go here
Yes they do stink and they're rude. And the food is absolutely horrible it taste like old nasty Grease.

The worst fast food restaurant. Slow dumb service. No one has a clue. I guess not even the manager. Close down
