When I went in, they had mask policy and we could dine in. No mask while seated
No. However, I saw Buddha two tables away, but he was just having ice water tho....
Not sure but they are delicious! I haven't had ice cream ever since I found them!
Vampire Penguin loves shaving colorful blocks of ice into yummy snow. Some of our flavors do contain dye.
