my sister has lived here for 2 YEARS, and her entire time she has sent multiple notices and has contacted the landlord and front office of the horrible COCKROACH INFESTATION. they have done nothing. they have replied a few times saying they completed her request and got rid of them but they did not. they don’t care and have done absolutely nothing. her and her roommates are super clean. roaches covered on the kitchen floor clean dishes her bedroom the bathrooms etc. this place is not worth the price point and the office and landlord do not care and do anything. plz save yourself. i would also like to add on numerous occasions they have turned off the water without notice. once my sister was showering shampoo in hair and it just stopped. neighbors are loud and don’t care you will be woken up any time of the night so if you have a baby or small kids please steer away from here. truly a foul complex 😑

Very bad management. We lived there for about a year and we asked for so many services which they did not attend to even though we ALWAYS paid our rent on time. After we left, they charged us more money over the deposit for damages we didn’t even do, in fact those damages were there before we had even moved in. I do not recommend this apartment for you but if you do, take lots of pictures before you move in and after you move out so they don’t try and trick you like they did with us.

My boyfriend and I lived here for almost 2 years. To be honest, this was the cheapest apartment we could find in the Riverside & Corona area, so it wasn't our first choice but we needed an apartment. I don't recommend living here unless you are desperate as we were. The apartments are cheaply made. As soon as we moved in, the "hot" button on the kitchen sink faucet broke off. We found 2-3 roaches in our apartment. Luckily those Raid traps from Target seemed to take care of them. The carpet was in poor condition when we moved in; it looked dirty and worn down in areas. The front office even put that the carpet was in poor condition when we moved in. What gets me is that we were charged for carpet cleaning and new carpet when we moved out. We did have a dog so I understand that pet accidents happen, but the carpet was in poor condition when we moved in. Speaking of pets, they restrict many dog breeds and have a weight limit of up to 70 or 75 pounds. The window blinds break very easily, the water is constantly shut off for pipe breaks or maintenance, front gate is always broken, the bedroom closet doors constantly fall off the tracks. Didn't come with fridge or microwave. The complex was always very noisy. I was constantly woken up at 6:30am to motorcycles, music blasting from cars, or our downstairs neighbors yelling at each other and slamming furniture. Walls are very thin. The complex does not check parking whatsoever. Our spot was constantly being taken by the same guy who has 4-5 cars in the complex. Whenever we would call to have him towed, the towing company would take almost 2 hours and by then the guy had already moved his car. People were constantly parking in handicapped spots without permits. Guest parking always fills up by 4:00pm and the streets are even worse to park on due to crime. My car was broken into twice in the complex even when it was locked and windows were rolled up. I will say, the maintenance workers were always nice and for the most part, they always responded to our maintenance requests. It's not a nice area, but if you need a cheap place to stay for a short period of time, I survived. Would never stay here again though. I would strongly look into other complexes and leave this as a last resort.

my wife and I moved in thinking it was a nice place to live. It seemed very secure and safe to walk my dog (which is a service animal) at night and be happy. the 1st thing wrong was that the remotes did not work for the front gate, no matter because the gate wasn't closed at night anyways. It was no big deal at first right, WRONG! the next thing that happened is that their pet policy. By law because I have a service dog I am can live with my dog which is a Pit Bull without paying a pet deposit. The 1st day one of the managers came running asking me if I knew someone there. I replyed I live here and asked if my dog was registered in the apartments. I informed her that if she had been paying attention that her vest has her information and I have my badge that says service animal. she went as far as to go inside and check to see if I was lying to her. 3rd thing is the security, one night as I am walking my dog I noticed a man with a flash light looking for things in car. I approached him asking what is the problem and he said he thought he left a paper in his car, I asked how funny that's MY Wife's car. He bolted out of their fast I informed the manager and nothing happened. That is when I noticed that my car was wasting more gas than usual. as it turns out my gas had been taken out of the car and that the gas cap had been messed with to get the gas out. one month later a car was stole after I had been telling the management that people were hoping the fence and using the pool and smoking weed in the middle of the night. 4th thing wrong is that as summer came around my wife and I turned on the AC in the apartment and roaches came out of the duct. Now then as a Military Vet I tend to keep things clean and organized when I saw that I knew it was time to move cause people around us have a pet and they only let it go to the bathroom outside on their patio and never clean up after it. It smells like urine and other things. My guess is that the infestation is coming from their unit. Lastly the rent was 999 a month now since we don't want to renew the lease because we are trying to buy a home they want to charge us 1400 a month or pay 1014 a month for a 12 month lease. I don't think so, people are loud rude and very irresponsible dog owners. they don't pick up the dog pooh after their dogs go to the bathroom.
