We have lived here for just shy of 2 years and it just seems to get worse every month. There has been a homeless man that is living in the utility closet in our apartment building. The management team has been told many times and they just let him live there. We pay for pest control as an additional fee each month and yet we still have ants and cockroaches in the apartment that we then have to handle. Our garage door is always broken and when we ask the front desk to have it fixed, we get the notification that it has been resolved but no one did anything. My husband almost didn’t make it to work because of it. They lost my pet deposit and then asked me for it again, hinting that I was a bad renter and needed to pay up. I told them who I gave it to and on what day and then they “found it.” They never answer the phone and you have to ask multiple times to get anything done. Also they allow everyone to smoke on the property (even though they say they don’t) and they don’t do anything even if you complain that the smoke is coming up the pipes in your bathroom. Theft has been huge and their resolution is to send a mass email telling people to lock their car doors. One car was smashed so bad and all 4 tires were slashed. Yep, locked doors would have definitely helped. Lol Also, I had a jungle over on my side. The landscapers come maybe once every couple months and this last time they didn’t even finish the job.

Staff is professional and courteous. They have been helpful and kind while helping me resolve any issues or confusion. They communicate in a timely manner and have delivered good service. Grounds are well kept and enjoyable to walk around.

Have lived here for almost a year and it’s meh. The grounds are only kept up where potential leasers visit during a tour. I’ve had things stolen from my balcony, and the worst has been trying to contact the office. In almost a year that I’ve lived here, not once has the phone been answered, wether it’s in the AM, afternoon or evening. Each time I’ve had to walk over to the leasing office, and to my surprise, everyone seems to be at their desk and they claim the phone isn’t ringing… odd.
