Dr. Pabalan is an excellent doctor. He sincerely cares for his patients. His staff is beyond measure. Always friendly, kind, courteous, helpful and extremely professional. I would and I have recommended anyone and everyone I know who are in need of eye care.

Front desk girl Karen is literally a Karen. She’s rude and unprofessional they should hire someone in the medical field and is more educated. She acts like a child putting her hand up in my face.

The clinic is clean. Nice environment. However, the receptionists seem "stuck up". There's no sense of kindness or warmth. And since the pandemic has kicked in, it feels worse. In spite of my mother an elderly lady, being they're patient, they seem very authoritative. The techs and physician seem so impatient. The physician comes in like a routine type task, almost like a robot. Does the eye analysis, gives a 30-second verbal diagnosis indications, and just leaves. Doesn't even ask if there are any questions. The techs, the bilingual especially, seem to lack warmth. I value smiles and tones of voices. The masks impede my being able to value smiles. Their tones of voices, however seem very authoritative which I found lacked a bit of professionalism. On the other hand, the monolingual tech was very professional in that I was able to sense her friendliness, nice sense of humor, and how she offered her input on the eye procedures that were done and are to be done. I give her props for that.

I haven’t come to their office, but I met Dr. Pabalan himself at Riverside Community Hospital to check on my husband, when he got a stroke. He was late, but worth the wait. He is very professional and good at his job, took his time, checking him. Wish him all the best.
