We've lived in Beacon 430 for about 3 months now, and so far our experience has been awesome. We relocated from out of state, and Debbie made the leasing process very simple. We love our apartment - the layout, the square footage, the finishes. We also love the location of Beacon - downtown, but still in a residential area. And we absolutely love the amenities - we've spent countless hours at the pool and using the gym. Any maintenance issues have been corrected immediately and haven't been anything major - batteries needed to be replaced in our smoke detectors and Jonah came over himself to get us all taken care of. We are extremely happy with our decision to rent at Beacon430 and we'd recommend it to anyone looking to be in the downtown area.

I've lived in a couple of apartment buildings across downtown Saint Pete, and between the beautiful apartment floor plans, the serene pool (that also acts as a meditative atrium with all the birds and moving water sounds), the gym that beats out EVERY other apartment gym, the office staff who can somehow remember everyone's names and is so kind and polite, the multitude of publicly available rooms to work out of.. it just doesn't get any better than Beacon 430. The pricing is highly competitive, the location is amazing to be in walking distance from pretty much anywhere in downtown, including one of the water views in Florida (the bay is a couple blocks away). The front staff is so flexible and works hard to accommodate any requests, the service teams here are super quick to respond and maintain the building well, everyone is so kind, it can't be beat.

From the first interaction to the last, the staff and management of the Beacon 430 were stellar. We lived there shy of 3 years and only moved out due to life decisions as a result of the pandemic. We did not want to leave, but even in the process of breaking the lease, management worked with us and was very understanding. I read through other reviews and we experienced none of those issues. If we saw a bug, we asked for the pest control service and had no further issues. I run a small non-profit arts organization and the management donated space for us to use for meetings - a huge help and a wonderful way to support local arts! They truly go above and beyond to make the building feel like a home and a community. We will go straight back if we are in a position to rent downtown again! Beacon 430 is the best apartment building there is. The absolute highlight of living here is the wonderful staff and amazing community. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond. I lived at Beacon for 2 years and loved it - location (amazing- heart of dtsp), clean, beautiful updated apartments, SPACIOUS (especially for downtown living), pool is the stand out among all luxury apartments downtown!!! Gym is top notch, there's a library, conference rooms, yoga room, multiple courtyards. Facilities is always ready to make any fix in a timely manner, security guards are super helpful with noise/downtown living concerns. Cannot recommend it here enough.
