Bad maintenance and unprofessional. things get "fixed" and break a day for the exact same issue or they never follow up till you create a new work order citing the lack of update. (i'd like to do my laundry). emergency maintenance is a joke around here. AC went out, cleared line.. maintenance comes.. "resolves" it anyway and does another cleaning. 3 days later clogged again. Screws and other issues maintenance related sticking out of the hallway floors waiting for someone to cut themselves on. Plaster falling off the building on all corners/sides. also theft is rampart in this building with same day deliveries (i.e food delivers, who steals food from a meal plan?)

Outdated exteriors and interiors, the thinnest walls you can imagine (I can hear my neighbors snore at night and their zoom meetings during the day), they removed all security boxes from the garages so people can freely steal packages because of the open access to the hallways. The jacuzzi never worked in the 2 years we lived here, parking is $150 for two cars but the stickers still won’t stop the tow trucks from taking your car in the slightest. Was accused to be a liar by the property manager when we expressed the visitor parking situation is over flowing on the weekend and especially any day there is a Rays Game. There is a fire alarm issue (alarms set off at random points of the day frequently) that can be traumatic for pets. We have literally lost count of how many times each elevator has be out of service, specifically the south west elevator has long term issues that quick fixes with not resolve. Management staff seems to turn over frequently in the leasing office.

We relocated from out of state. Kelsey made the apartment search and lease process incredibly easy for us remotely, and while contacts at other places were good, Kelsey was excellent and ultimately was the reason why we were comfortable selecting Fusion. She was super responsive and helpful, and her friendly attitude was genuine and consistent throughout our interactions. Our unit was exactly as described and in great condition. We can’t thank Kelsey enough for her help in making sure everything went smoothly!
