I usually have nothing but good things to say about this place, in particular the WIC office but yesterday when I went to pick up my breast pump one employee was so rude to me, for no reason other than I went to the wrong window to get my breast pump. Even though I was just following the directions of another, much nicer employee, no big deal just show me the right spot without making me feel like I did something wrong to you personally. I was really surprised because Mrs. Wilson who I usually talk to is awesome! Ashley who I spoke to on the phone was incredible at listening & answering all my breast feeding questions. Robin who actually gave me my breast pump & showed me how to use it was also very nice. Just this one lady, who had to do nothing but show me the right office was just down right rude about it for no reason. Mind you I'm 6 days postpartum at a WIC office whose suppose to be there to help new Mom's not make them feel bad about going to the wrong window. I really hope you were just having a bad day, we all have them or you were hangry because it was around lunchtime but if that's how you treat new Mom's or the pregnant woman that come there for help on a regular basis you should probably thing about a new job if you're that unhappy because honestly I know I'm probably emotional from just giving birth but it hurt my feelings & now makes me nervous if I have to come back to the WIC office for something that I'll have to deal with you or someone like you. Even though every other employee has been great except you. It only takes one bad apple to ruin the bunch & even with all the great employees your actions are the one that stick out in my mind. It's a shame too because all you had to do was smile & say, wrong area, you want to go to the first office on the right when you walk in. How easy was that!

The dental department is AMAZING! The staff here are so sweet and helpful. I never write reviews but the amazing work these people do for the community needs to be recognized. Thank you Doctor Beers for saving these teeth I could never afford to fix. You're truly God sent!

I LOVED my experience at the health department. First time pregnancy, and I had NO idea what to do. The staff was friendly and competent. The receptionist was so incredibly nice and welcoming. The best organized and most helpful government building I have ever been to.

Very helpful staff. I had trouble breastfeeding my 3 days old and a WIC breastfeeding specialist stay with me -after hours- until my daughter was able to eat. Also she trained me to pump and storage the breast milk. My daughter is almost 5 years old now. But, for sure, I will never forget the WIC staff gesture and kindness
