I'm 31 and half weeks pregnant and I have a bacteria infection and have green mucus coming out my nose and also coughing it up and my throat hurts and the doctor didn't do a proper exam on me at all didn't check my throat or ears or nose barely even checked my chest for my breathing and said I wasn't sick long enough and refused to give me any antibiotics and I know I need it now I'm here in the middle of the night my throat is hurting really bad and I woke up with mucus all over my face from lack of breathing now I have pink eye and have to go to another emergency room because i need antibiotics to help kill infection so me and my unborn child are not at risk to get ammonia!!! The doctor was very rude and unprofessional and didnt do a proper exam was more concerned about COVID so since I tested negative for COVID and rsv she could care less about me having a bacteria infection and refused to do her job correctly and I will never go to that emergency room again!!!

All I can tell you is everyone that I encountered during my ER visit for a few hours was excellent.. professional, friendly, kind, understanding, and completely qualified in their positions. Without going into too much detail, I was in the most excruciating pain I've ever felt in my life by far, trembling, scared, and about to collapse.. They took care of me. They made me feel good, they were friendly, and they were kind the whole time. All of them were first class, and put me at ease. I feel extremely thankful for them. Great experience.. kinda lol.

I don't know where to start. I've been waiting for over an hour with chest pains and no one has not seen me yet. The nurses in the front has no empathy. They been having side conversations the whole time and laughing extremely hard. Feels like I'm in high school. The front person Vincent is nice but he ask way too many questions. I told him my chest hurts and he still was asking questions. It's okay to build rapport but sometimes you got to use your common sense. These nurses need to understand that we are here for care not attitudes...Gary made someone cry because he was shouting at them. I understand nurses are burnt out but if this is something you're not passionate in doing. Then find another career path. Now they called somebody before me and I have been waiting over an hour in a half. This hospital is a joke. They took the white lady back there and she just walked in but leave the black people in the waiting room in pain. They need to have a system where the wait time needs to be pushed.

Received IV fluids and some nausea medications and was charged $6,315.62!!! I will never step foot in this place again, the nurses were rude/inattentive as well. I'll just stay home and suffer next time. The "doctor" who treated me is not employed by the hospital and billed my insurance company separately. These doctors negotiate separate deals with insurance companies for payment so surprise, surprise. This information was not provided upfront! Neither are the radiologists if I'm not mistaken so you will receive a bill from them as well. I have received 3 separate bills from this hospital for thousands for very minimal care months later, non-itemized as well so you have no idea as to what/why. No other business is run like this because they would cease to exists
