How do you expect customers to be happy waiting for service for 3 hours, and then be to told; do you want to reschedule?? At that point it turn into a veeery stupid question.

It is an office without seriousness. And those in the office only leave you on hold for a few minutes. I asked to speak to their manager and they told me that they don't have time, is that why they don't work as they should? I can't give stars because they definitely don't deserve one.
