Octavio and Jesus came out to my sister-in-laws condo and evaluated her problem supplying a resource for a faucet order to be installed. I will be ordering the faucet so Octavio and Jesus can install asap for this walk in tub. Both men were helpful and very polite. Jonathan repaired the short in my tankless water heater. He arrived on time, was courteous, and made sure to not let my pets escape. He also checked to see if my unit was still under warranty (it was!) to reduce the price. Over all, as pleasant an experience as could be when you have to call a plumber.

I don’t even know where to start..Rick Aguirre was the most experienced individual I ever met. As soon as he saw my water heater tank he knew exactly what the problem was. He was so intelligent not just only fixing it but he was explaining to me one by one why and how the problem started with my water heater tank and what needs to be done. I learned so much from this experience. Mr. Aguirre took the necessary measures to fix the issues. His customer skills was priceless. He was a very happy person, smiley face and so calm. Another issue was that I haven’t had a heater in 3 years because no one could fix my heater since it was connected to my water heater tank. I was going to pay 7k to get the whole system replaced and bum Rick fixed it in less than 5 min and I can’t even explain the happiness that I have. Its happiness times a million, I could not thank Rick enough for his amazing experience and customer service skills. It’s sooo hard to find someone that great. I thought I was going to pay so much money but the pricing was unimaginable. This was the best thing that I ever did by calling the monkey wrench plumbing.
