Boss always said "the head is for more than the beanie". This branch lacks basic management skills and common sense creating long wait times. Always two women just standing there. One with a billboard and the other looking over the only two tellers behind window. Lady with billboard can ask line if only simple deposit/withdrawal and process them at kiosk. Lady behind shoulder can work next window only two feet away if tellers really need your assistance.

The employees at the bank are fantastic but there main branch is garbage I will never Open an account again🤮

Worst brunch to go to. They opened with one teller and 15 peoplewere waiting to be helped. When I asked the manager Ryan why you have only one teller he answered me that the other 2 are in the restroom ( for 25 minutes) He was very rude and asked me to be patient. And I was for almost 40 minutes. No wonder this brunch has only 2.5 star rating.

I wish I could give zero stars! ATTENTION BANK OF AMERICA corporate office the manager Edger at this branch need further customer service training! He is condescending...rude and had an unwelcoming attitude! My experience was TERRIBLE! I HAD TO WALK away from him several times as he antagonized me! He really never quit until I yelled at him to get away from me! I am sitting in the parking lot shaking and reading other reviews referencing him! Horrible experience!
