3/26/2021 The person answering the phone will not give him his name and would not transfer me to his supervisor. He was very rude and did not want to hear my complain in regards to officer ID 2971 for not doing his job. He would transfer my call back to 311 and did the same thing to my husband when he called and ask for his supervisor. This person needs to be fired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So let me get this straight. If you test positive for COVID-19 you are told to quarantine in your house/apartment for 14 days. Which means alot of having food and other things delivered because you cannot leave your home or apartment. Yet somehow, parking enforcement is towing vehicles for being parked longer than 72 hours on a RESIDENTIAL STREET. I'll be sure to infect someone or come get the car from the impound lot, no problem at all. Idiots.

.. its the worth service you can see in the country. . . Rude attitude.. bad attentions to take your rights and your money.. i heard that the parking people and their offices run with private companies just to collect tickets and fins . . To bad you can't even complain or your voice can reach any government people..

Incredibly rude and offensively unhelpful people working there! I called again and again and again until I finally was able to speak to someone. That person never gave his name and from the get go had the most impossible, intolerable attitude before I had even began speaking. I explained my issue, which related to the fact that I believe my car has been unlawfully towed and now i was left with the expense to come and get it back, but instead of hearing me out and trying to help me he was basically yelling into the phone throughout the entire conversation and talking over me, never letting me finish a sentence, interrupting me and then even having the nerve to hang up on me when I was telling him to stop interrupting me and to please answer my questions!
