This place has the worst people working. Worst customer service I seen in a long time. the nurse had a terrible attitude. The doctor was ok.

I went in to get help with bronchitis at 3-4AM. The nurse (tech?) was friendly but the doctor was a whole other story. Right off the bat, I noticed a dirty mask on floor... After filling out some paperwork, I was taken in by the nurse. The nurse then felt compelled to warn me that the doctor is old, rambles, and is disrespectful. He didn't give me the doctor's name. The nurse took the usual vitals and placed me in an examination room. After a few minutes, he came back saying that the doctor gave him "the run down" about how to treat me. (!) Shortly after, the doctor walked in looking disheveled and unclean. He was messing with his pants, his hands were stained black, his mask was stained and dirty (not to mention he also wasn't wearing it correctly). The doctor failed to ask me pertinent questions about medical history, but was already spouting off different medications to give me. All in all, it didn't instill confidence, so I refused treatment and left. (After paying $30.) I was expecting a rundown, but clean, clinic - but this was unacceptable. Sadly, it gave the impression that they probably take advantage of folks who are desperate and/or don't have somewhere else to go. Probably better off at urgent or emergency care!

I called before coming in and spoke to a pleasant rep by the name of Lourdes she gave me a price out of pocket that was surprisingly affordable along with the medications. I highly recommend this clinic if you have no choice and paying cash...there fast, efficient and polite. All in total w/appt time was 2 hours and I was out.

Went to the hospital for a cut on my lower arm at around midnight. The Hospital took 8 Hours and made me wait forever and wanted to charge me thousands of dollars so I ended up leaving and headed straight to the only open Urgent care clinic in Los Angeles open 24 hours. The took great care of me the doctors and medical assistants are professional and caring. They had my wound cleaned and patched up in 45 mins. They gave me antibiotics and pain meds at a very affordable price. Wow I'm glad this place is open and thankful they were able to take care of me so quickly. They even called me today to see how I was doing and gave me a follow up appointment to get my wound cleaned weekly at no extra cost. I give this place 10 Stars. You really have to see for yourself and not believe all the bad reviews you read on the internet. People like to vent and complain and Everyone has an opinion but a lot of these are not based on facts. Come see for yourself I promise you won't be disappointed.

That is a tulla decision, I just went for a covi19 test and it was very efficient to travel
I think the same, a patient for them is just a business and there is a very poorly educated girl, she answers in a very rude way, it hurts that I don't know what her name is.
If they do mammogram exams but only for people who do not have insurance. If you already have insurance they will not be able to assist you. And they do the mammogram exams every other Saturday this coming Saturday if they do
It's free. I do not know if they accept medical but I do know that they do not charge for mammogram
