I have to say Jenna is an awesome individual , I was so excited to get my brows finally done , I came back for my 2nd visit , she had to take off some of my bro with this remover machine and said I’d have to come back a 3rd time and pay another 200 , I was already in 700 dollars and when I looked at my brows they were uneven , my left brow is shorter and thicker , terrible so I didn’t return , But after struggling every morning to do my best to have to draw on and make them even , I called Jenna and asked her to fix them and that I didn’t have the money to pay for the remover and then another session for the brows ….. I’m still to this day have brows that aren’t done right and it’s permanent and other brow places won’t fix them , so my dream of tattooed eyebrows was ruined …. I’m sad and disappointed that she wasn’t willing to take me back and give me a free sesssion …,.,
