i tried to make an emergency visit they told me 3 days the earliest emergency visit they had. my tooth will not make it that long. whats the point of using the word emergency. wasted money on there plan too. so mad first review i have ever left. horrible place.

Set up An appointment for today . Called this morning to confirm the appointment. Showed up and they said they couldn’t take me in because they didn’t know what i had for coverage when I had already given my insurance information the previous week. Im definitely not giving this a Franchise a Chance .

I’m doing this review while waiting at the office. When I made. My appointment, I was told to wear a mask to be in the office. There’s 4 people without masks and 1 of them is coughing. Like they’re older people but come one. Not even the staff told them anything. Very unprofessional.

They took care of and accommodated me on a holiday! The staff was very friendly and understanding. Dr Attar, Helen and Magaly were very gentle which is something you need at a dentist office. They do get very busy and backed up but that is understandable due to the amount of people that visit their location. They were all working very hard with all the patients while I was there waiting. I highly recommend them and would definitely go back with my whole family. Thank you to everyone at Western Dental in North Hollywood!
