This place is not gluten free as far as the flour totillas are concerned. The tamales and tacos are corn tortillas and thus gluten free.
Enchilda6 sauce may have flour. Not sure.
Flour tortillas are definitely going to contain gluten. As far as everything else goes, because they use flour elsewhere in the restaurant they can't guarantee that there wouldn't be cross contamination. So if you have celiac it's best to avoid it.
