No The Taco's Are Not Gluton Free. The Taco Shells Are Made Of Corn Mesa, And Cooked In Pure Lard. The Cheese Is Pasteurized And Processed. Each Taco With Cheese Cost $3.75 Each. I Hope This Helps...
