You bet! Fort Ross is a beautifully rebuilt wood structure. From the windmill for grain grinding to the massive fortress walls. There's a small but informative museum at the entrance, then you walk through the fort and surrounding area - on a cliff facing the Pacific Ocean. I recommend visiting the small cemetery just beyond the fort (wear sturdy shoes) and then walking the path along the ocean back to the newer, but still historical, buildings and parking lot.
