When applying with section 8 what all do you come out of pocket for? I know security deposit needs to be paid in full but when it comes to first and last months rent does section 8 kick in or do you pay full amount when moving in? It's been so long since I've done this, just want to have an idea of what my dollar amount should look like
I just want you to know this company is very very lazy to come and fix any repairs you would need they take more than 1 week to fix your problem.
Be careful with section 8.i was approved in September 2018 ,they missed 2 inspections,they told me don't call them we call u when I was checking on my "place",I signed lease,gave 1st month rent still no keys.they blame section 8 vice versa.still waiting 12/2018
