Is this another company that takes several applications, take your application fee just to tell you that they rented from someone else? I've been apartment hunting for weeks now and honestly I'm FED up with all of the wasted money.

Not at all. The people at Solo Rental are very professional and they are experts on n Section 8 Housing.. If they have a a rental property available they will take your application. Their follow up is excellent. Give them a try. I am sure glad I did.
