Yes. Take Trop to Eastern and then catch the Eastern bus and it will stop at Horizon Ridge and Coronado Center. That's the stop you want and then it's not very far down the street.
Not to my knowledge. I have not seen any busses in the area of Horizon Ridge and Jefferies.
