few nurses here actually have empathy for their patients here and they are angels but the rest are rude, dismissive and don’t need to be working with the elderly. Nurses don’t call patients family when anything goes wrong, but they can call to tell us about Covid cases in another part of the facility.

This place is filthy and also the rooms.Patients just wondering around in the halls with no one watching them. Looks like a homeless shelter. As soon as my sister and I walked down the halls...the smell of urine hit is right in the face. I immediately took my mom out of this facility and the staff told us they didn't blame me for doing so!

I have called this facility 14 times in the past 2.5 weeks to speak to my father and check on his well being, I live out of state and it's very hard for me to visit, so phone is the best way for us to keep in contact. He has dementia and really needs to hear family's voice to keep him in good spirits. They have told me 6 times since last Wednesday that they will go to his room and call me from there.. It has never happened.. At this point I am flying to Vegas tomorrow and going to the police to make a report of elder abuse.

There is access to a supply of medication for first dosing at the center that is available while new medication orders are communicated with the off-site pharmacy. Recurring prescriptions are filled by the off-site pharmacy for residents. Consultant pharmacists review each resident's medication list on admission and monthly thereafter to monitor each resident’s individual medication regimen and make recommendations to the physician.
