Terrible management. Employee turnover high because of low pay and working conditions. Customers not given deposit back when put on wait list years ago. Patient on list deceased and still no return of deposit. When put on wait list contract said deposit will be returned if not able to take room at time one that is suitable becomes available.

The people at Poet's Walk are amazing who were very compassionate and supportive during my father-in-law's brief stay. I cannot thank Tanya, Teiona and Ashley along with the other staff members enough that were super nice to my dad while he was there, taking care of him like their own parent. It is nice to have people who care and take pride in their jobs. Thank you so much for everything you did for dad, it will never be forgotten.

Our loved one has been at Poets for 3.5 years. Recently they went through an overhaul in upper management. I can not give enough accolades for Ms. Ortiz coming in and making the necessary changes that needed to be made to improve the overall experience of the residents and their families. Magali Ortiz and Teoina were willing to sit at the table and not only hear our concerns but listen. By listening they have improved the facility 100%. The place is clean, employees have direction and are doing their jobs, the residents are engaged, the residents are happy, the residents are well care for, etc etc etc. We appreciate the efforts that have been put forth. In addressing some of the negative comments please mind that this was before new management came on. I highly recommend this facility.

Poets Walk is a nice place. My sister had a stroke and her memory is gone. She has been here for 4 months and the staff treat her well. There is no smell when you walk in. I am happy.
