The place has gone down, the pool and spa never been cleaned. The grounds are filthy. Maintenance orders are not being taken care of in timely manner. Cant keep a management or anyone. Halls and elevators are moped once a month, halls are never swept or moped.

There is someone supposedly in the office daily except for sunday's and Mondays someone should be able to answer or call back that's odd but it goes to show what kinda place it is they take months to do very simple repairs and they charge u for them before they replace or fix things they I believe are going against laws set by Nevada they don't like who visits u u are singled out and harrassed constantly with lies from tenants and office staff to make u want to move even if they are not true u still are bullied there if ur a senior they by law I know can't tell u how to live they can't tell u who can visit you but they try to get people to be scared and make them believe that they have the power to do those things we are still Americans so they legally can't and they threaten u wive evictions and they also have rats bad all over not mice Rats they blame some tenants but it isn't because of them alot of place do out that way but they have them.dead in the pool and in apartments all ov

This isn't based on your income or health u cannot make a certain amount u have to be considered low income not sure what amount that is I believe like 22000$ per person but not for sure a ND there is a waiting list and 40 $ app fee per person and I believe a 2 bedroom is almost 700 like 695$ and a one bedroom I believe not positive is a hundred less u have to pass back ground and all kinds of stuff my mother lives there and I wouldn't move there they want u to clean ur home to their specifications and if u don't u are written up and if u as much as pot a nail in wall u get in trouble for that they have told people they couldn't even hang thier pics up and they come in with a check list I feel they have no right to do every month for cleaning and inspect every thing must be to their standards of you are written up u can not have family stay for more than a day or two and then they have to leave I've tried to threaten me and tell me I could only come certain times aday and could stay
they are really bad about answering the phone. They are closed on Monday's. Just keep calling you will eventually catch her.
