How much for a two bedroom, how much for move in, how much is monthly cost and what is paid for utilities. Do you have first floor open ? Are there kids in the complex?

Some residents have ash trays in plain site next to the step outside their apt. I see them but in Pure Management fashion of Nevada hand, They don't leave the office. the Maintenance crew must see it but don't care. I smell smoke every time the air turns on with smoker up stairs.

Yes, there are income limits. The apts are managed by helping hands.
I was told by a different 55+ that children were not allowed to live in a senior living. I'm 46 and my husband is 57, I was told I just met the criteria for age limit since my husband is a senior. I hope this helps.
