Constant issues with stuff breaking, takes a long time to get repairs done. Don't ever rent the upstairs Apts because the a/c for the units do not get unit temp below 73 degrees. A/C units are super loud, old and never stopped running while trying to get temp down to selected temp. Back pool constantly closed even though they say it's heated year round. Gym constantly closed because it floods when it rains on the property, sometimes even closed without rain. Bathrooms without toilet paper in pool areas, gated community too but the back gate was broken and hardly worked thru our year stay on the property. UNITS ARE NOT ENERGY EFFICIENT.

We absolutely LOVE living here! Not sure why the 4.1 bc it's a 5☆! The maintenance crew is TOP NOTCH! Tony and Dustin (and one other I'll get his name!) 100% saved us with a minor AC fix! It was most impressive to see not only how fast Tony got there to give us instructions ect, but he knew exactly what to do to help keep us comfortable! Way to be team! Professional and just kind! Also, the amazing 💐ALL over and perfectly kept are what makes my walks super enjoyable! Just gorgeous! THANKS so much! Much appreciation, The Sharps
