My friends live there I believe it's now $711 plus pet deposit IDK about security dep. They're handicapped accessible with a lowered sink. Not much counter space large bathroom for wheelchair bedroom can hold a king size bed a dresser. Living room as long as you're careful will hold a standard fare. You have to buy your own cable
Managment says they're looking into a wifi for residents but don't have it yet
