Poor people living, improving. New management 10-21-21 As of JANUARY 2022 new management Gins and Mark, have been diligent in trying to clean up park, literally- trash removal, fence repairs, consistant availability to resident's, pool care,, Evictions of those that do not respect neighbors & have been bad elements and clean up and replacement of 11 burned out Lots. Also trying to be fair and consistent with residents. Hoping for management success in years ahead.

This is a mobile home park not the Ritz. In the past their were horrible managers that was doing things that probably weren't legit. I'm not sure I can only go by my experience and it wasn't good one Yes the park is old old and needs some work. Ok. The rent comparatively is cheaper than most places. Yes they are going to raise the rent again around October, but guess what still cheaper than most places. Now their is a new manager team and they are trying to clean the place up and it does take time and effort but their is only 2 of them and the residents should help. The manager has taken residents to the grocery stores or to pay bills. They get food to help the residents out. If there's drugs it isn't so blatant. Tell me where there isn't any drugs Most people just stick to themselves and live their own lives. They do offer a pool, laundry room and a small playground. Like I said, it isn't the Ritz but a decent older mobile home park where the owner cares and now has a great management team.

Yes there are places to rent here
because people are ignorant
We do not have any mobile homes for rent. As a matter of fact, Alta Vista stopped adding rental trailers in 2019. Many of the mobile home communities is southern Nevada have ended the rental portions of their communities, so it might be difficult to find a mobile home for rent.
You would have to check in with owner in the front trailer
It's not her fault one person can only do so much try informing it on your street she is so kind she probly needs the help only so many people will listen
Not at the moment but it never hurts to go talk to the manager and get on a list.
