As of this review (1/18/22), Lana has been in the ICU with Covid for two and a half weeks (so if you're contacting her for appointments she may be slow to respond). Not knowing this I contacted her because I had some bad microblading done on my eyebrows yesterday and was freaking out and in desperate need of professional advice. She responded to me, FROM HER ICU BED, and has been giving me detailed instructions on how to manage the correction. If this isn't compassionate professionalism, I don't know what is. I'd give her ten stars if I could. I look forward to having her do my eyebrows the correct way once she's healed. Keep fighting the good fight, Lana!!!

Lana did a fantastic job correcting my eyebrows. I had gone to another place and they were too close together and the shape made me look angry. I am sorry , I don't do freckle tattoo because permanent makeup pigment color can fade overtime and with the sun exposure tattooed freckles can turn into a different color and become greyish, reddish , purplish or pink and with each color boost it will look more and more unnatural and amy attempt to remove it later on can result in skin damage . Please, don't do it. It a very bad idea
