After my hip replacement surgery I was sent here since I picked this place cuz I liked the name. For 36 hours did Not get Any of my prescribed meds, including antibiotics. My sister came every day to help me. They don't have enough help. When the therapist came home to see me after I was sent home, he said the TLC Dr wrote down I had a knee replacement (?) I had 2 nurses who make up for all the suffering, and the 3 therapist who helped me a lot, once a day

Called the facility administrator on Wednesday before 1 p.m. (it is after 5 p.m. on Friday), still have not heard back from Mr. D. Hill. The information given in the letter sent home with families has missing information/is not correct. Operator likes to use derogatory sexist term to address client's families. I called Wednesday to ask specific questions about my aunt & tried to talk to someone about the letter so other families would not waste time trying to make 'appointments' to see family members when IT IS NOT EVEN ALLOWED the first 14 days if they are in the 700 hallway. When my cousins did finally get to talk to someone at the facility (in which a meeting had been made) not only was my aunt not included (her belief was she would be included in deciding her care), but the person who had been their liaison was absent along with her doctor and Mr. Hill. I'll update if anything progresses in any kind of a positive way. I'll be praying for everyone at this facility for the rest of my life!

My mom has been at TLC for about a month now. I want to thank her Dr Andre and his medical staff and everyone that works there for taking great care of my mom. I really appreciate everything they are doing for her recovery so she can come home soon:) I also want to thank Sandy in activity for letting us FaceTime with her she also takes time out to do things for my mom like her hair, nails, etc. I love you all Thank You!! Thank you John, Jethro, Angela, and pulmonary staff and everyone else:)) You are all appreciated Thanks again!!❤❤❤❤

This place doesn't take care of their residents. These poor elderly people some can't talk or walk and have to be left just sitting or laying in one place all day. Many times when we visit our grandmother is dirty, her wheel chair is filthy, and she is wearing clothes that don't belong to her. (tag on inside of clothes with a different name) There is never any staff around when you need something. When visiting we have heard residents yelling for help. One time a lady was laying on the floor with blood coming from her head and yelling we couldn't find anyone around, so we just went in her room and told her it was okay we are looking for help. We complain all the time and nothing changes. We are strapped with placement for her. We are her only advocate and the facility should be taken care of their residents. If you place a love one here, please visit daily..
