I found a black plastic piece about 2.9 cm wide and 30 cm long dragging from under the passenger seat near the door. It looked like the black plastic under the undersides of the car on both sides. Should I be worried?l

It seems like its the plastic railing that goes around the battery pack, that piece is not necessary to have a fully functioning, safe driving vehicle.
