Just avoid this place. I visited this service center to fix a paint issue I had found during new car delivery inspection, but they damaged my car…twice. They deeply scratched the rear bumper, front bumper, front fog light. When I came there to pick my car after they fixed the damage they caused, I found more issues introduced. Their bodyshop work is awful - new color does not match. Their manager was very rude and refused everything - he told “the quality of work complies with our standards” As result I have my brand new car damaged twice and painted in different colors

Jake helped me out, very nice person and pleasant to speak with. Zain is the front of house manager and is all about doing business the right way and taking care of people. Long story short, I definitely needed new tires but didn’t want to get them at a dealership. New tires ended up on my car by accident, was totally okay getting the old ones back on, but instead he left them on free of charge due to the misunderstanding. I don’t find many people in the service industry with their mentality and attitude anymore. Highly recommend this service center, I’m a believer strong leadership trickles down to the lowest level

I have taken my cars here on few occasions. It's been a poor experience every time. But the last time was the worse: - I brought my car back because they left trim panels lose and they were ratting like a maraca -The broke a part in the lift gate while fixing the trunk lock motor -They finished the terrible service by crashing my car. -They have not told me what happen, but my car is at a unknown body shop with near 0% Charge. - I can't get a hold of anyone that knows anything helpful. I have had mostly bad experiences in just about every service center. It is unfortunate that the Tesla experience is amazing, unless you have to deal with the service centers.

Lousy customer service. They promised to order a part to replace a defective rear bumper. Since then, they had rescheduled me THREE times. Every single time,is a full month push out. So now I have waited 3 months for a simple part. If Tesla can keep on delivering cars with new parts, I don't get it why I have to wait so long. I think this has to be mess up by the service team who did not do their job properly to order the part

Does front license plate holder that Tesla gives us work and stay on car
They don't do loaners or rental cars anymore. Uber credits are the only option
You'll want to ask the Tesla repair directly through the Tesla app. You can message them while scheduling service and they will determine if it can be done mobile or if you need to bring it in.
As I understand it, there may be some special equipment needed. I tried to change or maybe rotate some tires at a Costco and they didn't have the equipment at the time. This was 3 years ago. Also there may be some special electronic hookups to consider for the low tire light, etc. I'd go with Tesla. You don't want this screwed up. I believe you can now get this service at your home by Tesla. I'd sign up for that and when the technician comes out, ask her/him what your options are the next time. We've had Teslas since 2012 and plenty of flats, and cracked and damaged rims. At least some of those times we had to have it flat bedded to a Tesla service center. Service has changed a lot over the years. Good luck.
Agree w Kenneth.
I don't see why not, but it will be cheaper if you go to an independent shop. I go to Kim's tire on Blossom Hill, great value and customer service.
Not sure if it's the same, but I paid about $115 for a Model X replacement key fob.
They do, although, I believe its referred to as a Falcon door. Gullwing doors typically don't have the double hing a falcon door has. It's actually what makes the Model X door more remarkable than what a gullwing door would have been. As a falcon door with a double hing, it allows the Model X to open/close with considerably less space on either side. The swing path is greatly reduced compared to what a gullwing door would be. Not trying to hate, but merely comment on the wonderful engineering design thought behind a falcon door over the more traditional gullwing.
