The Utica Zoo is an AZA accredited zoo caring for over 200 animals from around the world. We care endangered and critically endangered animals and support Species Survival Plans as part of our conservation efforts.
It's not a research facility or an exotic pet rescue, as such. They promote conservation of wildlife and education, allowing visitors to see animals they would never be able to in there daily life.
