I’m assuming she is a manager but she has dark hair,Casper like appearance...way to much makeup. She was very rude and not helpful. Everytime I visit this location is unprofessional. Will not be returning!

Thanks for recommending the more expensive product and convincing me to buy it and then never having the pods in stock in any of your locations. The staff is completely unknowledgeable about the products they sell. But I bet they can tell you where to get weed at a good price. Totally dissatisfied.

I prefer going though Jr cigars. I bought a few from the store in North Utica and had a bad experience with your cigars. Cigars kept dying out and the draw was hard which I didn't expect for $13 cigars. Definitely will continue to go through Jr or Thompsons cigars.
