Called ahead to purchase a ticket. I was quoted one price when I got to the station an hour later it was another price. Not to mention I had to stand there and wait 25 minutes on my lunch hour for the agent to return from wherever he was. Very disappointing. Will prolly take the train next time.

It's not the greatest inside. There's a Dunkin and Subway along with a convienent type store. The employees are helpful if you have questions. Just inside isn't that nice.

As far as I'm aware, Utica has no direct southbound routes. Syracuse, Albany, and Rochester may have routes, but you'd need to check with them to be sure.

The bus go from utica New York to syracuse is $21.00 or $22.00 there is a centro bus that go Syracuse new york to Fulton New york to fort Ontario $2.00 got to get that downtown hub in Syracuse new York you can look up the information on it at www.centro.org
Yes there is parking in the rear of the station where you can park your vehicles for long term. Just make sure you notify the station about how long and make sure the doors are locked.
It's not a straight ride to Utica and Albany. There is rest stops along the way.
