Yes and you have to make an appointment before dropping them off. You should check around your neighborhood and local lost and found pages before bringing them in.

If you keep the strays for 3+ days they'll be considered owned by you, which requires you to then make an appointment to officially relinquish ownership. Otherwise, you can just bring them in and pay $20/cat (which covers some of the costs associated with spaying/neutering, checking for disease and vaccinations, etc). They also scan for microchips during intake. They were really nice and made it really easy for me when I found a stray kitty.
