Wow...just got off the phone after trying to place an order online. When I was going to pay, a warning came up that it was not a secure form. They did give an option to call the Plaza store directly to pay. I called and was told the order hadn't come through and they were too busy to write it down and take it over the phone. I got a confirmation a few minutes later and called after half an hour. I was told they would call back in a way that did not make me feel like they valued me as a customer ..more like I was bothering them. It was a small order of only four cupcakes, but I don't think that should impact the quality of service. This woman was very unhelpful and bordering on rude She did call back and asked for my credit card number, expiration date, and security code. I was not comfortable giving my security code and asked why they didn't use a more secure form? She said, you are welcome to go somewhere else, because she had no time for this. I am going somewhere else. I like their cupcakes but I will never order from them again because I don't like how I was treated...life is too short.

Walked in today, was PLEASANTLY greeted, she was kind, also gave me a RED VELVET cupcake 🧁 omg, the FROSTING (Might I add, I do NOT eat frosting) was sooooo good. The cupcake was moist, delicious, and soft. I definitely will be back to take kids. Forgot to mention I was picking up a DD order, so her kindness meant the world to me. Definitely 5 star experience

These areas hands-down the best cupcakes we've ever had. Incredibly moist, flavorful cake, very flavorful but not-too-sweet frosting. Terrific variety. Couldn't have been more pleased❤️

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! I had placed a order with them 2 weeks ago for a event, when my mom went to go for the cupcakes 1.they were so rude for no reason they don’t know how to treat people , they didn’t show us the cupcakes before giving it to us & when my mom saw the cupcakes in the car the icing was melted off 2.the icing on my cupcakes were melted off & they wanted to blame us for that when we barley picked them up & the MANGER shouldn’t be a manger she does not know how to treat people with respect she was yelling at us and kept saying she was going to hang up so that so called Manger needs to be fired &they are so unprofessional never again!
