Does it cost to bring animals in and give them up? We have 2 (two) cats that we are taking care of them and we can't care for them anymore.

It costs $20 per animal, required by the city ordiances. Please go up and talk to a KC Pet Project staff member. They will assist with ensuring the animals get the best possible rehomes.

It does cost to surrender animals, I'm not sure of the number but it should be on the website or you can call and ask someone at the shelter
