Yes, the water is tested by the California Regional Water Control Board. It is safe for recreation. Just stay away from algal blooms
This was a test site for atomic bombs. I wouldnt go near it.
No I don't think so.
I didn't see any signs, saying that you couldn't. Then again i didn't see any life in the water, nor any water craft... Saw alot of dead things at the waters edge.
