Hi, Eduardo. You can get a new copy of your birth certificate at our office if you were born in Washington State. If not, you must contact the state where you were born. The forms to order your birth certificate are on our website at bfhd.wa.gov.
If I was born in toppenish can I get my birth certificate in the Benton Franklin health district? Or would I need to get it over there?
