Birth and death certificates are available Monday - Friday from 8:00am – 11:30am and 1:00pm – 4:00pm at Benton-Franklin Health District, 7102 W Okanogan Place, Kennewick. Cost is $20 or $30 for same-day service. The length of the wait depends on how busy the office is. Hopefully not more than 15 minutes.

I was just at Benton County Health Dept. BCHD is where you get Birth Certificate and usually no more than 15 minutes. They are very competent there.

10 mins. or less at the county courthouse.

I got one for my son in minutes. Probably depends on how long the line is. There were only 2 people in line when I went.
