Hello, I work for Los Padres National Forest. What part of the Forest are you interested in? We have beaches up in the Big Sur area, Sand Dollar Beaach and Pfeiffer Beach. Both are located off of Hwy 1. $10/day use fee. Our headquarters office is here in Santa Barbara. There are beautiful beaches here, but they are not in the Los Padres NF. They are CA State Parks. El Capitan, Refugio, Carpinteria State Beaches. There are really nice beaches up in the San Luis Obispo area too and Pismo Beach. Let me know if I can help you further. State Parks are $10/day.
