Yes, year round. 6 am to 11 pm. It has 2 hot tubs and a children's pool.
It is closed for remodeling right now. Not sure when it is scheduled to reopen.

We were just there and I did see people in the pool area. It is outdoors facing the bay.

The pool is open only if you have a reservation and then even if you have a reservation if there's too many people in the pool you don't get to be allowed in period this is the worst Hilton ever
