Next to the parking lot of marsh trail there are about 3 picnic tables; can have light lunch/snack there. Not like a park w family gatherings and maybe even bar b que. As one comment, it is a wild place so meals are discouraged.

Yes, there are tables. A few next to the parking lot at the vistors center. But there is a larger area further in the park at the left with more and I believe there is a pavilion as well.

There are no picnic areas, although it is a pleasant place to bring a chsir and sit. The refuge does not encourage picnicing, because they do not want you feeding the wild life, nor do they want to deal with the litter.

Yes there are a couple areas where you can enjoy your lunch . My family does small picnics here often
