The only reason why I give this place to Stars is because of management the supervisor was very courteous and helpful helping me pick up clothes for a formal occasion other than that every other department only had one person per section and department and the shoe department is ridiculous for men no help whatsoever all the other departments were garbage on top of that the only section that I could say I would ever go back to is the men's suits and dress wear. Other than that don't waste your time!

Haven't been in JCPenney in years. Store was clean, well stocked and busy for a Saturday afternoon. I didn't know the store layout and no one was available to ask, but I figured it out. Went in, found what I was looking for and had no wait at the register. Loved it.

Went with a friend and our sons to buy something quick and the employees mentioned a kids superhero event. We stayed for the event and they gave a coupon for a free picture in the portrait studio, so we said " hey, why not". They had superhero capes and masks to wear for the photos and the pics were better than I ever expected. So beware if you go, the portraits are all so good, you'll end up buying them all!! (The pic I included was taken by us before the photo shoot began)
