For the trail that goes from reserve entrance south to parkland, does one need mountain bike tires or are medium size road tires enough? I have a Raleigh with front suspension.

Mountain bike style tires are the only way to go

Medium tires are ok. Road tires, no. Youll be fine. The surface is dredged limestone.
