I registered on-line today 4/23 & still had to wait 30 minutes while one of the younger employees was in the back doing whatever she was doing while at least 3 people were waiting. I got the older woman employee & she gave me a terrible haircut. I told her only to cut a 1/4” trim as I have very curly hair & it shrinks up. She DID NOT listen & got very annoyed & argumentative when I tried to stop her. I got upset & finally told her to just STOP & I got up & paid my bill & left. It’s a very inexpensive place & probably ok for kids or older men with less hair but I will NEVER go there again!

i showed a picture of what i would like, and i got nothing like it, my hair looks like the guy who was in front of mes cut. i’m a woman. and it’s NOTHING like i asked for, and is long in certain areas. i usually have no complaints, but todays an exception. i was CRYING when i left, it was too late to tell her or else i would’ve said something because of how short she cut it on the top. (i wanted it longer) i l showed her a picture of my own hair i had it a while ago UPDATE: i went back an hour or so later and diane fixed it for me! i love the work diane did!

Had an appointment, came in 5 minutes early, Diane told me "she doesn't care about my appointment and will put me behind everyone else waiting because I was late" She went on to say "the computer does not run the store, and does not care about what my phone says" Didn't even want to look at my phone. Went to the great clips in Delray and they treated me well.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.

I think near about 12.99 or 13.99..i prefer this location because of no waiting and knowledgeable staff
