Used it twice in the past and was good. Tried yesterday and just one person working. Had to be in FL so couldn’t wait 45 mins for a Simone haircut. Went back today, just after they opened. Just one person working, one person having hair cut, one lady waiting. I thought ‘good, I’ll wait’. First person left and the one person working started on second person. Another gentleman came in after I had been waiting about 10-15 mins. A few minutes later the one person working finished the lady she was working on, cashed her out, walked to get broom, swept hair, then walked over and told me she had to do the gentleman who walked in after me first because he has booked. Could have mentioned that a lot sooner. I got up, left and shall never go back.

My hair was butchered. Worst experience of getting a haircut in my life. I had to race to another salon to have them fix my hair . He was extremely rough with me, I'm not even convinced that he had a cosmetology degree.

Seems to be common practice by Jenny. I have been pushed off after making an appointment on numerous occasions. Today I called, booked a haircut and stressed the time of my appointment. I understand 15 or so mins wait. Third times a charm Jenny. You have horrible time management, overbooking and expect people to just come back hrs later. Thank you for screwing me for the last time. Found a great new person due to your lack of professionalism. Hope you are re~educated in customer service and time management. Hope store management above your 'grade" pays attention to the way this location is run and address accordingly. To bad Penny is gone. She could be rude but always called when she may be running late. Happened to me once out of 15 -20 haircuts.
